Inquiry forms may collect name, work email, phone, organization, country, inquiry type, and free-text project context. Do not submit patient identifiers or other protected health information through these forms.
We use submitted data to respond to product, service, regulatory-document, and training requests, and to maintain professional relationship records required for B2B follow-up.
Medline treats website inquiry channels as business contact channels. If a Business Associate Agreement or Data Processing Agreement is required for a connected program, request the template through the contact form. GDPR Art. 9 special-category data should not be uploaded via public forms.
Inquiry records are retained for the period needed to complete the commercial or service conversation and meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or archived per policy.
